Why do Chinese enterprises need group construction?

According to the statistics of China's Ministry of health, 60% of employees in Chinese enterprises are in sub-health status, especially in economically developed areas. The sub-health status of employees in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other economically developed cities exceeds the average by more than 13%.

According to the survey on the satisfaction of employees with their own health status by China health management center network, 45.2% of the employees are basically satisfied with their own health status, while only 13.2% are very satisfied with their own health status, indicating that the evaluation of employees on their own health status is not high.

In the increasingly fierce business competition, the ability of enterprise managers is one of the key factors to determine the success or failure of enterprises, and the "health" of managers is the most basic guarantee for them to maximize their talents. However, the health status of the managers in our country is not optimistic.

In April 2004, China Entrepreneur magazine conducted a survey on the work, health and happiness of entrepreneurs in China. The results showed that 30.77% of them suffered from gastrointestinal diseases, 23.08% suffered from hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension, and 21.15% suffered from excessive smoking and drinking. At the same time, 90.6% of entrepreneurs are in the state of "overwork", 28.3% of entrepreneurs have "memory loss", and 26.4% of entrepreneurs have "insomnia".

The emotional health of enterprise managers is also worthy of attention. According to the survey results, 87.4% of enterprise managers work more than 11 hours a day on average, and they generally feel "great pressure". Physical and psychological symptoms related to high work pressure appear in many enterprise managers, and the proportion of symptoms is "irritable", "exhausted", "depressed", "full of doubts", "strong sense of frustration" and "pessimistic and disappointed".
